Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, we ship from our network of fulfillment centers located in the USA, Europe, and Asia.
Your order will be dispatched from the warehouse with the best combination of available stock and fastest delivery times for your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-7 business days, although delivery times may occasionally vary due to customs, local carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because our fulfillment process begins quickly, we can only guarantee cancellations or order changes within 1 hour of purchase.
If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we're unfortunately unable to make changes. In this case, you'll need to contact the shipping carrier directly once the parcel arrives in your country.
Where is my tracking information?
You'll automatically receive tracking details via email once your order ships.
Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking updates to appear. This is completely normal while your parcel is being processed through the carrier's network.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, simply reach out to us. Don't worry — you and your pup are always taken care of, and we'll do everything we can to help find a solution.
How does the 30 day guarantee work?
We proudly offer a 30-Day Risk-Free guarantee because we genuinely believe in our product.
If you've used your Wagspry device consistently and feel it's not the right fit for your dog, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
That said, red light therapy is not an overnight fix.
While many dogs show improvements within the first few weeks, others may require 45-60 days of consistent use before noticeable changes occur. Like any wellness routine, consistency is key. We've noticed some owners wanted to give up at 30 days and by 45 days there was a big difference. We always encourage pet parents to give their dog the best opportunity to experience the full benefits before deciding whether it's right for them.
How do returns work?
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The device must be used according to the provided instructions.
- The device must be returned clean and in good working condition.
- Return authorization must be obtained from our support team before shipping the product back.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrives defective.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as refunds cannot be processed for returns that cannot be verified as delivered.
Once your return arrives and passes inspection, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Warranty & Damaged Items
Every Wagspry device is backed by our 1-Year Limited Warranty covering manufacturing defects and electrical faults.
If your device arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault, simply email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem. We'll review it promptly and arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Please note that the warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, chewing or scratching by pets, improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
